Types of cheats: some salmon and 2 shrimp at Gyu-Kaku on Monday before I realized they had a tofu platter for grilling; a small brownie for dessert at our work offsite event lunch on Thursday; some small pastries at the Big Brother All-Stars Wrap Party Thursday evening (I just had to try the chocolate/caramel volcano); a small piece of peanut butter cookie at Aroma this morning.
bonus cheat: weighing myself today (and yesterday) instead of at the end of phase 1 which is Tuesday. But that's okay because I'm continuing phase 1 for at least a few more days after then and possibly through the rest of the week.
Detox favorites: mediterranean platter for dinner with a side of vegetables to dip in my hummus and tabouli and black olive tapenade; asparagus; veggie sausage;
Foods I miss: pita bread and grilled cheese sandwiches.
Foods I don't: meat (well, I wouldn't mind some tuna and maybe some el pollo loco chicken - with the skin off, I promise!)
Things I've noticed: smaller belly, longer neck, far fewer aches and pains, greater ability to focus on tasks for longer periods of time, smaller appetite.
Things others have noticed: good looking skin, general hotness.
