The opinion that George Bush does not care about poor people is nowhere substantiated either through visual or written media. It is preposterous to think that, much less say it. Then to expand on that assumption, and we all know what assumptions provide, and say that if someone doesn't care about poor people...it extends to that they (and in this instance, George Bush) don't care about black people is a critical thinking fallacy.
